Be bold like the Bronxites. A very hard and quite sketchy past, but lately as a Phoenix is resurrecting from its ashes (literally!).
From a background of suffering, new forms of creativity were born here: graffiti and hip-hop music, for example. And you can still find the "REAL" Little Italy.

Un quartiere ricco di storia, cultura e cambiamenti sociali e attivismo politico. Tra contraddizioni e gentrificazione.
Un passato glorioso, una brutta fama e poi la rinascita degli ultimi anni. Il quartiere di NY forse piu' istrionico di tutti.
Camminate per le strade e assaporate l'energia e il vibe del quartiere.

Siamo arrivati al quarto episodio di questo show, Italian uNYcorn podcast. Chi l'avrebbe mai detto.
Andiamo per le strade del quartiere piu' chic e lussuoso di Manhattan, l'Upper East side. Dai musei agli hotel a 5 stelle, da Central Park alla Madison Avenue. Tra signore eleganti in colori pastello, tate con passeggini piu' grandi di un SUV e alcune chicche culinarie un po' vintage.

Nel secondo episodio, vi porto nell'Upper West side a Manhattan.
Siamo nella zona ad ovest del Central Park. Questo quartiere molto esclusivo e culturalmente molto attivo ha degli angoli suggestivi e molto iconici. Esempi di bellissimi edifici, brownstones e townhouses vi sorprenderanno. Al tramonto potrete scattare foto molto romantiche. La luce rosa e arancione del sole riflette le facciate marroni e beige dell'area, magnificamente. Non dimenticate il Riverside Park. E sognate!
